How to get there: Driving on the N-634 turn on a narrow asphalt road signposted to Prellezo between the kilometer posts 273 and 274. Drive 1 km to Prellezo. (Roadmap)

Distance: 1h05minh/5.2km

The route start from the upper most part of the village (85 m) where you find an asphalt road to the right. It bends left uphill almost immediately. Continue along the road until you encounter a track forking off right (5min) (120 m). When it forks, go right (7min) (125 m). In a minute you ignore a track branching off right. Further up you ignore another track to the right (13min) (175 m). After ascnding through the forest to the top of Sierra de Jerra (17min) (205 m) you keep on the main track, which stays at the same altitude. On your way you enjoy nice views over the coast with its pastures and cliffs.

The track bends left opening a view to the Picos de Europa in front (23min) (200 m). When it forks (34min) (200 m), go up left. From this point you look down to the coast. Soon you see the Ria de Tina Menor and the town of Pesués between the eucalyptus trees. You pass a concrete pole which marks the highest point of the mountain on your left, before descending to the familiar track (51min) (200 m). Turn right and return to Prellezo (1h05min).
