Walk from the junction (30 m) a couple of steps to the
information panels, where you take a path that leads to a sand road
(2min) (30 m). The
road goes round the cove of Arneliña with nice views of the
lighthouse of Vilán and the
cape of Pedrosa.
From the first
lookout spot of Punta Pedrosa (30min) (60 m) you see the
rock of
Illa Vilán de Fóran.
The road goes on towards the
beach of Pedrosa. After the
beach (47min) (15 m) you see in front of you another beach
called Reira. Once you reach this beach (1h) (15 m) visit the
cape Forcado, which separates the beaches of
Balea and Reira (1h05min) (5 m). At the cape you find the
boulder of
Caudillo de Reira.
Return to the sand
road, which passes a couple of houses
(1h30min) (5 m) and a
cross (1h38min) (5 m). You walk along the
rocky
coast towards the Punta de Boi.
When you encounter information panels (2h03min) (20 m), follow
the sign for "Cemiterio dos Ingleses" to the left to the
cape of Boi.
The track goes by the rock
formations of Areal de Trece before it
comes to the
cemetery (2h06min).
Return to the sand
road, which runs above the
cove of Trece.
Later a yellow-white waymark guides you to the right to a
track
(2h26min) (115 m). Bordered by interesting rock
formations the track
opens up a view of the
cove.
After passing a few houses, you come to a junction (3h10min) (45 m). Take the asphalt road to the right and turn right again straight
after that. Walking towards the sea you come to the familiar sand
road (3h20min) (15 m) and return back to the beginning of this
route (4h25min).
