How to get there: Drive on the A-2302 to the southwest side of the Villaluenga del Rosario, where you find the entrance road to the village. Follow this road until you meet the "Calle Carazola" branching off right. At this junction you find a narrow concrete road leading uphill to the left. The route begins here. (Roadmap)

Distance: 2h25min/6km

Take the concrete road (875 m) which becomes a stone paved road further up opening a nice view over the village. It ends by the Ermita del Calvario (5min) (910 m), where you bend left to a stony path. When the path forks (11min) (915 m), keep left, and almost immediately after that, branch off right to an uphill path. This path ascends first very steeply, but becomes later even on by a rock pillar (26min) (970 m).

Running along a steep slope the path is in some places alarmingly narrow. You go through a gate (40min) (975 m) and descend gently to a fork (53min) (955 m), where you continue right. This path starts to zigzag downhill, but becomes very unclear in ten minutes. At some point, you do not discern it at all. Basically you scramble downhill in a stony terrain covered with vegetation towards the A-2302. Make for a large stone block that you can see by the road. By the block you find a gate throught which you come to the road (1h28min) (820 m).

Follow the A-2302 to the right until you find a track branching off left (1h40min) (775 m). When the track ends (1h50min) (780 m), take the path to the track left from you. The track takes you to the A-2302 (2h05min) (830 m). Walk first on the path by the road and then on the road back to the entrance road of the village (2h20min) (865 m). Return to the beginning of the route (2h25min).
